Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Code Weavers Tech (SMC-Private) Limited, we strive to deliver high-quality AI and Data solutions. Because our products are digital and service-based, we adhere to the following policy:

Subscriptions (SaaS Modules)

• Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your client portal.

• Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing cycle. Access to the service will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Implementation & Setup Fees

• Once the "Discovery & Audit" phase of an implementation has started, the setup fee is non-refundable. This covers the engineering hours dedicated to your custom environment.

Custom Projects (Consultancy & Modeling)

• Payments for custom projects are tied to specific milestones (e.g., Data Cleaning, Model Training, Deployment).

• Once a milestone is signed off and delivered, the payment for that milestone is final.

Dispute Resolution

• If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a deliverable, please get in touch with our support team at info@codeweaverstech.com within 7 days. We will work to rectify the technical issue at no additional cost.
