Welcome to Code Weavers Tech (SMC-Private) Limited. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the procurement of our AI and Data services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and engaging our services, you accept these terms in full. Code Weavers Tech (SMC-Private) Limited reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Nature of Services

Code Weavers Tech provides digital services, including but not limited to AI Workflow Automation, AI-SDR Suites, and Data Analysis.

• All deliverables are provided digitally.

• We do not ship physical products.

• Services are provided on a "Project" or "Subscription" basis as defined in your specific Service Agreement.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

• Payment Gateway: We utilize PayFast for secure payment processing. By using our site, you agree to comply with their security protocols.

• Subscriptions: Monthly recurring fees for SaaS modules (e.g., Intelligent CRM Connector) are billed in advance.

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend digital service access if subscription payments are overdue by more than 7 days.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Setup Fees: One-time implementation and setup fees are non-refundable once the discovery phase has commenced.

• Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time with 15 days' written notice. No prorated refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.

• Project Milestones: For custom consultancy and modeling, payments are tied to milestones. Once a milestone is approved and delivered, the associated payment is non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the custom AI workflows and dashboards developed by Code Weavers Tech. However, Code Weavers Tech retains ownership of its proprietary "base code," underlying algorithms, and generic automation frameworks used to build the solution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Code Weavers Tech (SMC-Private) Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of the AI services. While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI outputs are probabilistic; final business decisions based on AI data analysis remain the responsibility of the client.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore for the resolution of any disputes.
