Agreement to Terms By engaging Code Weavers Tech (SMC-Private) Limited, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Scope of Work We provide AI automation and data analysis based on the agreed-upon project proposal. Any changes to the scope may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the custom workflows developed for their specific business. Code Weavers Tech retains rights to underlying proprietary algorithms and generic code structures.

Limitation of Liability Code Weavers Tech is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) or client-side infrastructure failures.
